Q1. How many papers are allowed for one registration fee?
One paper is allowed for one registration fee.

Q2. Do you have any format for abstracts?
There is not any format for abstracts.  Please enter your abstract submission as a plain text without any keywords or title in the abstract box in the conference system. The abstract should be between 150-300 words. The system does not accept abstracts outside this range. Since the conference is international, the abstract must be uploaded to the system in English. If your abstract is accepted, you can download your acceptance letters by logging into your conference page.
 
Q3. Is it possible to reach the conference venue from the airport?

The bus is the most preferred way to reach the city center from Tashkent Airport. It is possible to reach Tashkent city center from the airport quickly by using the buses located in front of the terminal building. The distance between the airport and the city center is 8 kilometers and takes about 20 minutes.
 
Q4. Which languages can be used in the conference?

The conference presentation languages are English, Turkish and Russion. The presentations will be scheduled based on their topic and language. However, the title, abstract, keywords and full texts must be in English. Languages ​​other than English can only be accepted as the language of presentation.
 
Q5. If my paper is written in a language other than English, do I have to submit its English version?

All papers have to include an English abstract, an English title and English keywords. If the paper is written in other languages, it also needs to have an English abstract, an English title and English keywords. At the same time, if you want your full text to be published, you must send the English version to the system.
 
Q6. Do I have to submit the full paper?

No, you do not need to submit your full paper. It is your preference. If you do not submit your full paper by the deadline, then we will publish the abstract of your study in the abstract book.
 
Q7. Is there any page limitation for full papers?
No, there is not any page limitation for full papers.
 
Q8. What is the duration of each oral presentation?
About 15 minutes will be given for each oral presentation.
 
Q9. Can I pay the conference fee before the acceptance of my abstract? Can I get a refund if my paper is rejected?

Yes, you can pay the conference fee before your submission. If your abstract is rejected, you can submit another abstract or participate in the conference as a listener. In case that your abstract is rejected, a refund may also be paid if the organizing committee approves it.
 
Q10. Will the abstract book be ready at the time of meeting?

Yes, the abstract book will be available as an e-book at the meeting and can be downloaded from the conference system by each participant along with the program book and certificate.

Q11. Will all conference papers be published in a journal? 

After peer-reviewing process, all papers in English will be published in the The Eurasia Proceedings of Educational & Social Sciences (EPESS)  ( www.epess.net ). In addition, eligible articles will be invited by Journal of Education in Science, Environment and Health (JESEH) (www.jeseh.net), Journal of STEAM Education (J-STEAM) (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/steam) and International Journal of Assessment Tools in Education (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/ijate)

Q12. How can I publish my conference paper in the annual books? 

The papers presented at the conference may be invited by the book editors. At the same time, conference participants can send another study as a book chapter to the annual books, provided that it is not a research article.
